Beef Ragout with Peas and Orzo Pasta
A super tasty and simple dish to impress
Cooking Instructions

Season and lightly flour the beef, then fry in a pot until browned.

Next, add the chopped onion and leek, and fry for a few minutes until soft.

Add the chopped tomato and thickly sliced carrots, and fry until the tomato breaks down.

Add the red wine and piece of chocolate, stir, and let it boil on high heat for a few minutes to evaporate the alcohol.

Add the peas and a little water if necessary, just enough to cover the meat. Cover and let simmer on low heat for a couple of hours.

When it's almost done, bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the orzo pasta for about 9 minutes.

Drain the pasta, mix with the meat, and serve.
