Fried Spring Rolls (Not Pretty, But Delicious 😋)

Add vegetable oil to a pan. Once hot, add the ground pork and stir-fry until cooked. Add the carrots, cabbage, and wood ear mushrooms. Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked through.

Add the glass noodles, then stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, and sugar. Mix well, then add the cornstarch slurry. Continue stir-frying until everything is well combined. Set aside to cool.

Wrap the filling in the spring roll wrappers as shown (the rolls in the picture aren't very pretty 😁).

Fry the spring rolls in oil until golden brown and crispy. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
