Ingredients

  • 2 cupMaida
  • Salt as your Taste
  • 1/2 tspAjwain
  • 3 tbspghee
  • Oil for frying
  • 1big chopped onion
  • 5_6 Green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1 tspCoriander Crushed
  • 1 tspRed Chili Crushed
  • Salt as your taste
  • 1 tspLemon Juice
  • 2_3 tbsp Coriander leave
  • 4Mesh Potato

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,carom seeds,ghee and mix well until crumbled.
    -Gradually

  2. 2

    Add water and knead until smooth dough is form,cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 30 minu

  3. 3

    In pan, add oil onion & green chill chopped, turmeric powder, zeera, Coriander Crush, Red Chili Crushed, salt, Lemon Juice, Coriander leave And mesh boiled potatoes.

  4. 4

    Then mix well and fry for 2 minutes and let it cool.
    -Wet your hands with water and knead dough again.

  5. 5

    Take a small dough,make a ball and coat in dry flour and roll out in oval shape with the help of rolling pin and cut into two pieces.

  6. 6

    On one side of dough,apply water,join two sides/edges to make a cone and press gently to seal the cone.
    -

  7. 7

    Fill the cone with potato stuffing,apply water on the edges and bring the edges together and seal the edges properly.

  8. 8

    Prepare the remaining samosas similarly and set aside.
    -In wok,heat oil and fry on medium low flame until golden.
