Marrinate the chk pieces with salt, ginger garlic paste, 3 types powder masalas and lemon juice.keep it aside for minimum 1 hour.

Then mix the curry leaves(break some), slitted green chillies, 2 types of flower and maida, egg with the marination.you can add water if needed. Keep it for 15min.then add half slitted kaju just before the fry.

Heat the oil..And fry the pokora twice.take some marinated kaju, greenchillies and marinated whole curry leaves, and fry after frying chicken in same oil...And spread them over chicken pokora when serve.

Add more powder masalas in marination to make them more rich..
