Ingredients

  • 1large avocado
  • 1/4olive oil
  • 1/2 cupswater
  • 2-3 tbsplime juice (can add more if you like)
  • 1/4coriander or basil leaves
  • 1garlic clove
  • Salt and black pepper for taste
  • For salad :
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber (cut dice)
  • Tomato (throw the seed and cut dice)
  • Coriander
  • Canadd shredded chicken

Steps

    Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.

    Blend until creamy and feel free to add more water for a thinner consistency.
