For the start blend ur onions and peppers

Boild ur rice with salt for 10 minutes

Then add ur blend onions and peppers in a pot to boild for 5 minutes,then add oil to fry for 5 minutes,add water salt and seasoning, leave it to boil, after boilling then add rice and cover it to cook for some minutes, then add ur carrot, green beans, piece and leave it for 2 minutes
