Grind cardamom and sugar and make fine powder. Roast rava slightly and whip for 3-4times.

Take a bowl and mix flour,besan,custard powder, sugar powder,baking powder,rava and salt. Now seive the mixed powder.

Add melted butter to the flour mixture and make finger press consistency. I have separated flour an added cocoa powder to half of the dough. Make desired shape and bake it.

Preheat the oven to 160°c and bake for about 15mins. Let the cookies completely cool down an serve with hi tea.

Note: Use good quality cocoa powder for good fragrance and taste. You can also replace butter with ghee.
