Idli is most common and healthy breakfast. Here I have done variation in it. So everyone will like it.
Steps

Take a bowl, add rice in it. Wash it 3-4 times. Now soak rice for 5-6 hours. In another bowl, put udad dal in it. Wash it 3-4 times and soak it for 5-6 hours. Take poha in another bowl, wash it and soak it.

Now drain the water from rice, udad dal and poha. Add udad dal into mixer jar and blend it until fluffy batter. Transfer into a larger bowl.

Blend poha and transfer the batter into udad dal batter. Then blend rice, add water if required and put the batter into a same bowl.

Mix it well and keep it in a warm place for fermentation for 8 hours.

After fermentation, add salt into the batter and mix it well.

Heat a idli streamer. Grease the idli plate and pour batter into it. Cut carrot and beetroot in any shape of your choice and put it on idli batter.(you can take any vegetables of your choice)

Now put the plate into streamer and steam it for 10 minutes.

Now idlis are ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.
