In a saucepan boil 1 cup of milk and simmer for 2 mins.

In a mixture jar add cashews, almonds and sugar. Grind it in a smooth powder.

In a bowl take half cup of milk. Mix cocoa powder, milk powder and dry fruits powder in it. Mix well and make it a lumps free paste. Pour this mixture in boiling milk add cardamom powder also and boil it for about 5 more minutes. Adjust sugar according to your taste. If you use jaggery instead of sugar, always add jaggery before serving otherwise milk get crumbled.

Tasty and healthy masala milk is ready to serve. Serve hot, garnish with some crushed dry fruits also.
