Take a bowl add besan and curd mix properly add 2 glasses water and mix

Heat a pan add this paste and salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and garam masala cook 5 to 10 mint after add coriander powder and sugar again cook 5 mint

For tadka-heat a small pan add ghee, mustard seeds,cloves,black pepper,dry red chilli,and bay leaf and hing,cook few mint and add this tadka in kadi or garnish coriander leaves and serve
