Steps

Break the whole coconut and remove from shelve.

Grate the coconut and add sugar. Stir well and set aside.

In a pan, add oil, allow to heat and add the coconut. Keep stirring until it's dry and turns to golden brown.

Remove from heat and spray on a tray. Allow to dry and cool completely. Serve immediately or store in a container for future use.
