Ingredients

30 mins+10mins
3 servings
  • 1 bowlsmall boneless pieces
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1raw potato grated
  • 4 tspcornflour

Steps

30 mins+10mins
  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with 2 tsp cornflour and all the ingredients for 30 mins.

    Grate potato and add rest 2 tsp cornflour. Mix well. Coat around marinated chicken pieces.

    Deep fry, sprinkle some chaat masala on top and serve hot.
