  • 1boiled and grated potato
  • 1/2 cupPanner crumble
  • 1Roughly Chopped onion
  • 1 cupPalak washed and chopped
  • 2Green chillies and chopped dhaniya
  • 2 cupsWhole wheat flour
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspJeera powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededWater
  • As neededOil or ghee

Steps

    Take Bowl mix all the stuffing ingredients together sprouts.. panner.. aalo.. onion... salt.. corrinder..chillies...jeera powder

    Now for the dough aata... palak some Salt mix and make a soft dough with water

    Roll a Paratha filled with staffing and cook it with using ghee till golden brown on medium heat
