Boil milk and sugar in heavy bottom pot. For 15 to 20 minutes

Wash and crush cauliflower In another pan add 3 cup water add crushed cauliflower and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Once the cauliflower cooked drain water from cauliflower and mix in boiling milk and cook for 5 to10 minutes. Mix custard powder in 1cup milk

Now slowly pour this mixture into milk and keep stirring continuously no lumps should form after 1or 2 minute when the mixture is thickened add cardamom powder and mix well let's the mixture cool down

Then pour the mixture into kulad or kulfi moulds and garnish with sliced dry fruits and freeze the kulfi once the kulfi is well set serve directly

I'm using vanilla flavored custard powder instead of vanilla we can use different flavor of custard powder
