Take a kneading plate add flour, salt, Baking soda, oil. Mix it all well.

Now add little little water and knead very soft and smooth dough. Put 1/2 tsp oil and knead it.

Heat up the oil in pan for frying. Grease the Sev maker. Put the dough roll in the Sev maker. Close it. Once the oil get hot on low medium flame.

Make Sev directly in the hot oil. Get it fry. The Sev should be fried with very light golden.

Take it out on kitchen towel. Ready to serve. This Gathiya Sev can be serve in very different ways. I served with sweet boondis. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy
