Steps

Mix flour, granulated sugar, salt, instant yeast, powderd milk and eggs.

Knead with warm milk to make a hard dough. (Milk shouldn't be very warm it's just Lukewarm).

Now add melted butter and knead dough very well till butter combines and absorb in the dough.

Leave the dough by covering it till it's double in size. (Dough rising process).

Make a thick layer of dough with rolling pin by flatten it, when it's rising. Then cut into required size of Doughnuts.

Cut all rounds of Doughnuts and let it rising again. Place all Doughnuts in warm place.

When it double in size again. Cut small holes from the bottom of each Doughnuts.

Fry Doughnuts in medium to low flame. Golden from both sides. Let it cool down.

Spread Chocolate ganach and sprinkle (as par choice).

Tasty Doughnuts are ready to serve.
