In a pan melt the butter and add semolina
Roast until golden brown.
Add milk and stir until all milk is absorbed. Add mango pulp and sugar and cook until butter leaves sides. - 2
Halwa is ready. Transfer in a serving dish and decorate.
I have decorated with knife and garnished with pistachios. Please use your imagination and garnish with any fruits, fondant dry fruits etc. - 3
