First cook mutton with Kashmiri red chilli powder with salt and curd,no need to add water in a pressure cooker (once whistle came allow it to whistle for 5 minutes) and switch off the stove

Once pressure released strain excess water from it and measure it (approximately we will get 3/4 th of rice measured cup)

Then take a wide and thick pan add oil to it,seasoning it with all the ingredients and then add onion tomato mint leaves coriander leaves green chilli and strain and cooked mutton,fry well and then add ginger garlic paste,sauté well with required salt

Once fried well water will come from it(approximately 1/2 cup)

Then add 2 cups of water,strain mutton water (3/4th),already the mixture have 1/2 cup water,totally 3+1/4 cup of water and allow it to boil,check the salt it must be slightly higher because once if we put rice it might adjust the taste

Once boil add rice to it and saute gently and allow to boil again,if boil keep it in a sim manner and close the pan with lid and keep a bowl with hot water on it for dum(15 minutes and switch off the stove)

After 15 minutes leave it for one hour and then after one hour open it,gently stir it

Then serve it with chicken salna and onion raitha
