Ingredients

  • 4baby potatoes
  • Red lentils
  • Water
  • 2red onions
  • 2 tbspRed Thai chilli paste
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the red lentils

  2. 2

    Chop the potatoes into cubes and add to the boiling lentils

  3. 3

    Chop the 2 red onions and fry until browned

  4. 4

    Add 2 tbsp of chilli paste a fry off then add to lentil pot

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste and boil on low heat with lid on until potatoes are cooked
