Ingredients

  • 1 litrefull fat milk
  • Halflime juice
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • some thread of saffron
  • somefinely chopped dry fruits
  • 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly we reduce the milk.

    After thick milk we will add lime juice and stare continuously.

    Milk becomes dry form then we will add sugar cardamom powder

    And half chopped dry fruits and some dry fruits for garnishing. Homemade milk cake is ready it becomes cool for 1 hour after then we can solve it.
