A side dish with all the available vegetables at home. This recipe has raw banana,sweet potato, potato, drumstick and brinjal.

Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dhal and channa dhal.

After color changes add onion and curry leaves. Saute till golden brown.

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder mix 2 minutes. Now add all vegetables and salt. Mix well.

Add ½ cup water. Cover with lid and cook till the vegetables are tender.

Add grated coconut and mix. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice and any curry.
