Steps

Heat vegetable oil and butter

Add diced onion & minced garlic, sauté until transparent or aromtic

Add sweet corn toss together for 5 minutes

Add broth, let it boil on low medium heat, untill well cooked

With a hand mixer, puree Soup mixture

Add cooking cream, let the soup boil for 5 minutes, take off fro. Stove

Garnish with some sweet corn,and serve hot
