Chicken cheese buns and rolls

Take 1 cup lukewarm milk add salt sugar and yeast and set a side for 5 min to activate yeast

Now mix it into flour add egg and butter and knead soft dough knead the dough about 8-10 min

Set a side on warm place for rising into doboule in size

In the meanwhile prepare stuffing

Chop onion and garlic heat some butter add chopped onion garlic and saute them

Add boil chicken and capcicum and cook for a while

Now add 1tbsp plain flour and cook it

Now add the milk gradualy into it and cook on low flame

Add seasonings and mix nicely your stufing is ready

Take out the dough punch it and knead again for 2 min

Now prepare small balls of the dough fill stuffing and cheese set into a baking pan and rest them for 1/2 an hour for 2nd profing

Now brush egg yolk and sprinkle seasome seed and bake it

I use a vessel for baking you can bake it into oven
