Creamy capsicum gravy restaurant style

Heat kadai add 2tbsp oil

Add sliced onion. Add salt to taste to cook onions faster. saute it

Now add green chilli, ginger and garlic. Saute it till the raw smell goes.

Add chopped tomatoes and saute it till both gets cooked well

Cool this mixture. Grind it in a blender to a smooth creamy paste. If we want add cashews before grinding to give richness to the gravy

Again heat kadai add oil. Add diced onion and saute it.

Add diced capsicum. Let it cook for 3-4minutes.

Add onion and tomato paste. Add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix it well. Leave it to boil.

Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves. capsicum gravy is ready to serve.
