2medium boiled potatoes
1/2 cupshredded chicken
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspred crushed Chilli
1 tspsalt
8bread slices
Oil for fry
2beaten egg
2 tblsmilk

Add shredded chicken in boiled potatoes with black pepper, salt and red crushed Chilli. Mix well.

Take a slice and spread Mixture on the bread slice. Then cover with another slice.

Beat egg with milk then dip bread slices in egg and fry in butter.

Cook from both sides till golden brown. Cut the fried bread sandwich in slices. Sprinkle some fresh Coriander leaves (optional)
