  • 1 cupsugar
  • Pinchfood colour
  • 1 cupAtta
  • Oil for frying
  • Baking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    First take sugar in a bowl..dissolve in a water for 3 hours

  2. 2

    Add food colour in it..

  3. 3

    When all the sugar is melted..add plain atta..and makes a smooth batter..

  4. 4

    At the time of frying add baking soda in it..

  5. 5

    Fry it until it turns golden brown
