  • 1/2(tablespoon) Turmeric powdee
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1/4 cupOil
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 3-4Whole Spices
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1(tablespoon)Red chilli powder
  • 1/2(tablespoon) Coriander powder
  • 1(tablespoon) Chilli Flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Sub say pehlay water may salt dalein or boil Karen phir us may rice daal dein or phir 2/3 cook Kar lein or phir water drain Kar dein

  2. 2

    Phir saucepan may carrot dalein or phir sugar delen or pakayen jub wo dry ho Jaye to flame off Kar dein

  3. 3

    Phir ik patilay may water delen or phir beef,turmeric powder,salt daal Kar boil Karen jub wo achi tarah tender ho Jaye to flame off Kar dein

  4. 4

    Phir ik patilay may sugar or oil dalen or us ko pakatay rahen jub Jo carmarilized Jo Jaye to us may water or whole spices dalein or phir salt,red chilli powder,Coriander powder, or chilli flakes dalein or 2 minute Kay liay pakayen

  5. 5

    Phir un chawal may daal dein or upper half raisons half carrot or cumin seed dalein or mix Karen phir upper Baki Kay raisons or carrot dalen

  6. 6

    Or 15-20 minute low flame pay dum laga dein

  7. 7

    Or phir serve karen
