Aam panna popsicle
Beat the heat with this raw mango popsicle
Steps

Take 5 medium size raw mangoes. Peel the skin off and wash them. Add in a pressure cooker. Take 1.5 cups of water and close the lid.

Pressure cook untill 2-3 whistles and switch the flame off and let allow it to cool down.

On a tawa add 2 tsp of jeera black pepper and fennel seed. Dry roast them and let it cool and make a coarse powder.

Open the pressure cooker and transfer the mangoes with water to a bowl. Remove out all the pulp and discard the seed.

Add 1 cup mint leaves add it to a blender add coarse powder 1 tsp chat masala 1 tsp rock salt half cup sugar and blend it. If needed add another half cup sugar. Blend again.

Aam panna concentrate is ready. Add chilled water.

Pour in the popsicle mould. Keep it in the freezer for 8-10 hours or overnight.
