Beef wash very well and let it to boil 3-4 glass of water add khara garam masala plus ginger garlic paste(make yukhni) itna boil karain kay one glass water yukhni reh jaye

When beff is done turn off the flame

Take one karhai and make paste tomatoes or can make steam (if u are giving steam so peel off tomatoes) i have done paste and only 2 tbls ghee take and fry tomatoes paste add all spice in a while cooking mix half cup yougert..when u add yougert so let it slow flame then add

Aftrr add yougrt in slow flame cook for 5 minute jub ache se mix ho jaye so flame jo medium per kerdain

Add all beff meterial plus yukhni and medium flame per cook karain

Jub bhone lage toh garnish karain green chilli coriander leaves

Serve with tnadori roti ☺️😋😋..
