Ingredients

First,boil all pulses.after boil mash pulses.

  • 2 cupsUrad daal
  • 1/2 cuprajma
  • 2 cupsTomatoes puri
  • 2 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 1 cupFresh cream
  • to tasteSalt
  • 200 gramOil
  • 1 teaspoonKasuri methi Powder
  • 50 gramButter

Steps

First,boil all pulses.after boil mash pulses.

    Take a pot and heat oil,add onion fry for few minutes' to change golden colour and add tomatoes puree and spices.fry all for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    After fry all ingredients to add pulses to cook fo 8-10 minute.then daal makhani is ready to add butter and fresh cream.
