Soak the chana dal for a duration of 2 hours.

Wash the soaked dal properly twice with water.

Grind the dal till it is coarse.Take out the grinded dal in a bowl.

To prepare the tempering, heat oil in a small kadhai. Add mustard,cumin seeds, curry leaves and hing.

Pour the tempering onto the dal. Add grated raw mango,salt and finely chopped coriander leaves to it. Give it a good Mix.

Tangy and tempting Raw Mango Dal is ready to be served with coriander leaves garnish.
