Every shop has run out of burgers this weekend, so I made my own for the BBQ. Was surprisingly difficult to find a simple recipe, so here we are! They’re super easy and quick to make - no need to buy pre-made ones any more.

Every shop has run out of burgers this weekend, so I made my own for the BBQ. Was surprisingly difficult to find a simple recipe, so here we are! They’re super easy and quick to make - no need to buy pre-made ones any more.

Get your ingredients ready, this is a quick one to make while the bbq is warming up.

Dice the onion. Mix up the mince, onion, egg and seasoning. Use your hands 😋

Form 4 or 5 balls (roughly tennis ball size 🎾) of the mixture

Flatten into burger patties
- 5
Put in the fridge for at least 30mins. Then bbq!
