Ingredients

  • 150 gspinach
  • 2medium zucchini
  • 1large carrot
  • 100 gmix of grated cheeses
  • bunchfresh dill
  • bunchspring onions
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 20 gbutter
  • 2medium eggs
  • 1 tbspcoconut flour
  • Yogurt sauce
  • 100 gGreek yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Oliv oil

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate the zucchini and carrot on a large grater,season with salt and left for a while

  2. 2

    In a big pan add olive oil spring onion cutting into smaller pieces and fry while it go smell yummy add the spinach and stir until reduce by half switch off and let it cool

  3. 3

    When is cool enough add the eggs, squeeze zucchini and carrot,dill half of grated cheese, coconut flour,seasan with black pepper and stir very well Pour the mix into baking tray loaded with baking paper spray paper with coconut oil

  4. 4

    Oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° then sprinkle with the other half of the cheese and butter, bake for another 10 minutes

  5. 5

    While it is warm, roll it up helping yourself with the paper on which you baked

  6. 6

    Served with yogurt sauce My advice is eat it cold but warm is very good as well!Enjoy!
