Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsoaked moong dal
  • 2pre boiled potatoes
  • 3onion sliced
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 2 pinchturmeric powder
  • As neededtomato ketchup
  • As neededoil for Frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a grinder jar put soaked moong dal grind in coarsely.Take a mixing bowl put grinded dal then add all spices,green chilli,coriander,sliced onion and diced cut par boiled potatoes mix and keep rest for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes take a wok put oil then oil heat take a moong dal batter and make a flat fritters then fry in hot oil.

    Then crisp fry for both sides.

    Serve with tomato ketchup.
