Chop your beef into small pieces

Boil till soft and tender

When the stock dries up add cooking oil then stir, add onions, garlic, ginger, cinnamon then turmeric, stir continuously

Add tomatoes

Add carrots

Add Capsicum, then water and leave it to boil for some minutes

Add Corriander and switch off the heat

Serve with rice
