Preheat oven at 180°C for 20minutes

Combine all-purpose flour, maize flour, sugar, b. soda, b.powder, milk powder

Add in butter/margarine and mix till it forms crumbles

Add in milk to make a soft dough

On a dusted surface, roll out the dough

Using a cookie cutter or glass, shape them in desired shapes, prick holes using toothpick or fork

Place them in a greased baking tray

Bake at 190°C for 20-25minutes or until golden brown

Cool the biscuits on a rack

Store in an airtight container
