Tangy Oats cutlets are innovative and healthy cutlets made of oats, potatoes and carrots. For give them itself a tangy taste I have added grated raw mango and jaggery powder to it. It’s very nutritious and very tasty tea time snack which doesn’t need any dip or chutney along with it.

Heat a wok and add rolled oats, roast them for 3-4 mins until raw smell goes off. Let them cool completely.

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients except oil, mix well and knead a dough. Now make 6 equal portions out of it and give them shape of cutlets with your palms.

In a bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour and make slurry by adding water. Roll the cutlets in corn flour slurry and coat with bread crumbs.

Heat Oil in a pan for shallow frying, add coated cutlets and fry from both sides till golden brown. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and raw mango slices. Eat along with tea/coffee as non junk snack will melt in your mouth with it's tangy flavours.
