Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 handfulspinach
  • 2Scotch bonnet
  • 2red bell pepper
  • I medium onion
  • 2maggi
  • 2 tbspnveg oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the spinach and cut. Steam with boiled water for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Grind the peppers, slice the onion and fry the oil for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add the grinded pepper and fry for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the spinach, maggi and onions. Fry for 4 mins and enjoy.
