  1. 1/2 headcauliflower
  2. 1/2 cupmelting cheese (such as Monterey Jack, Oaxaca, cheddar, etc.)
  3. 4 tablespoonssour cream
  4. 2 teaspoonsbutter
  5. 1/2 teaspoonground pepper
  6. 1/2 cupchopped ham
  7. 4 stripscooked bacon, crumbled
  8. Optional dressings
  9. Worcestershire sauce to taste
  10. mustard to taste
  11. sour cream to taste
  12. mayonnaise to taste
  13. pepperoncini to taste
  14. fresh chives to taste
  15. 4 tablespoonschopped cilantro or chives
