Soak white chane for 8 hours.

Boil it by adding salt.

Strain it.

Grind chane by adding ginger and green chilli.

In a pan add oil add salt, black pepper dhaniya powder, garam masala and ground chane.

Let it cool.

Make a shape of kabab.

Heat nonstick pan.

Add oil.

Put this kabab on it, cook both sides serve hot.
