Kalonji (nigella) cookies

The cookies are usually sweet . I made salty cookies with a dash of sweetness.
The aroma of nigella makes the cookies tasteful. These cookies go well with tea.

Steps

Sieve the ingredients except nigella seeds, milk and oil.

In a mixing bowl take the sieved ingredients. Add oil and kalonji seeds, with light hand mix to get crumbled bread like mixture.

Add milk little at a time and gather in light hand to make the dough. Only gather and combine. Make soft dough

Make a cylinder of the dough.Cover with foil wrap and rest the dough for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Heat a kadhai with lid. Grease a round plate.
Remove the wrap and cut round cookies. - 6
Arrange on the greased plate and bake on low flame for 35-40 minutes. Serve the delicious nigella cookies
