Steps

Soak moong dal for 2 hours.

Strain moong dal after soaking,take in mixer jar and grind to make fine paste.

Heat oil in a pan add one by one all the ingredients like chana dal,urad dal,carrot and chillies.cook a little.

Add curd,saltanat red chilli powder in dal paste and mix well.

Add the prepared tadka in dal paste.add eno and mix gently.prepare idli cooker for steaming.

Pour 2tbsp of paste in each greased idli cavity.Steam for 12-15 minutes check with a tooth pick if ready or not.

Ready to serve.
