Ingredients

  1. १ कप मैदा
  2. १०० ग्राम ठंडा बटर
  3. १ टीस्पून बैकिंगसोडा
  4. ४ टीस्पून शकर
  5. १ आम मध्यम आकर का
  6. ४ टीस्पून ठंडा पानी

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले मैदे में ठंडा बटर और बैकिंग सोडा मिला कर एक जैसा कर लेंगे फिर उसने ठंडा पानी डालेंगे थोड़ा सा, बहुत जड़ा पानी भी डालना है बस मैदा इकट्टा होने तक मिलना है और थोड़ी देर के लिए फ़्रिज में रख देना है

    आम को काट कर छोटे छोटे टुकड़े कर ले और एक पैन में डाले और उसने ४ चम्मच शकर डाले और शर घुलने पर पकाए अब इस मिश्रण को ठंडा होने दे।

    अब फ़्रिज से आटा निकले और अवन को पर हीट होने रखे फिर आटे के छोटे छोटे बॉल बना ले फिर इसे बेल ले अब इसे टार्ट मोल्ड या किसी छोटी कटोरी में सतह से लगा कर बिछा दे और एक फ़ोर्क की मदद से छोटे छोटे छेद कर दे ताकि हमारे बसे फुले नही।

    हम हमारा आम का मिश्रण मोल्ड में एक एक चम्मच डालते

    आटे की छोटी बॉल के और उसे पतला बेल ले अब इसकी छोटी छोटी पट्टियाँ काट ले और मोल्ड पर क्रॉस में पट्टियाँ लगाते जाए

  6. 6

    अवन में १५ से २० मिनिट्स के लिए बेक करे और ठंडा होने पर आम से सजा कर परोसे
