Let boil till is ready, meanwhile prepare your other ingredients.

When is ready, without water and in oil and fry, don't burn, and the onions and garlic ginger mixture while stirring occasionally.

Now add the tomatoes plus the spices,mix well and cover

Add in the stock, very little,serve when is ready.

Serve with your favorite starch and veggies
