Take a bowl add all dry ingredients to make a smooth batter and keep aside for 10 to 15 mins.

On the other side heat a saucepan with water and sugar followed by adding cardomon powder and bay leaves. Boil till it form a balanced consistency, keep aside to cool down.

Now add drop of food colour and baking soda in a batter, give a quick mix. Fill the batter in plastic cone or bottle with small nozzle tip. Heat kadhai, add refined oil as required, fry the jalebi and quickly dip in sugar syrup. Serve hot with cup of tea or store in refrigerator for next day.
