Ingredients

4-5people

1 cupgramflour (besan)
2Cardamoms
1 cupSugar
2 cupsWater
As required Oil
As required Food colour
As per taste Salt

Steps

1

Make a batter with besan, one pinch salt and water. Then add food colour in another bowl.

Make thick sugar syrup with sugar, water, cardamom.
3

Fry boondi and mixed it with the sugar syrup. Cover it for 1hour. Now ready to serve.
