In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 kg of chicken then add a spoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp of tikka masala, 1/2 tsp of Chat Masala,1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri Red chilli powder, Salt per taste. Now add 2 tsp of a spoon and mix thoroughly.

Put the coal piece in the metal bowl and put the bowl in the middle. Pour the butter on the hot coal and immediately cover the bowl.

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry. drain excess oil on tissue paper.

Serve hot with chutney or Tomato ketchup
