I got the spices from my local butcher, who was selling them in limited quantity. Using those spices, I made a hamburger patty. It's super good!If you can get coarsely ground meat from your butcher, it's even more delicious! Be careful not to over-mix or over-cook! When flipping the burgers, be sure not to press down on them! Roasted potatoes not to hard and not to many ingredients.

This one is simple and taste. Made this from memory. Add some finely chopped celery to the batter before frying to make them tastier. I didn't have any at this moment, sadly, so I made them plain.

I've always been concerned about packing breaded deep fried shrimp in bentos, since they lose their crispiness and are quite caloric. So, I chopped up some shrimp to make these simple shrimp burger patties.PS: If you make these without the egg binder, it will be easier to form the patties if you mince the onion.Use leftover bread or crusts. I used some leftover baguette this time.I've kept it simple to pack these in bentos, but add plenty of garlic if serving these for dinner!The burgers are also delicious sandwiched between bread.
