Take 3 leftover chappatis. In a bowl, take gram flour and mix all the ingredients mentioned above and add water gradually. Make a thick paste. Spread evenly on chappati.

Spread the rest of the mixture on the other chappatis. Meanwhile put water for boiling. Put the chappatis for steaming for 10 mins.

Cover and steam the chappatis. After 10 minutes let the chappatis be on room temperature. Then cut into pieces.

Deep fry them and enjoy with tea.
