Soak soya chunks in water for half an hour

Heat oil in pressure cooker add cumin seeds crackle it add onion

Saute onions till light golden in colour

Add ginger garlic paste saute it add tomatoes mix it

Add dry spices red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt mix it and cook till tomatoes done

Add water garam masala and cook till 3whistle cool down room temperature release pressure
- 7
Add coriander leaves and serve with rice roti paratha
